Her experience spans corporate transactions, contract management, governance, due diligence, and employment law compliance, with a focus on helping organizations reduce risk while improving efficiency.

Nicole is a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies along with an ABA-accredited Paralegal Certificate from Webster University. She is also a commissioned Notary Public in the State of Missouri.
